Our trained, 24-hour staff helps support an active lifestyle of each of our residents so they can enjoy the freedom to spend their time as they please. We foster independence while supporting the individual’s physical and social needs. Lilac Springs offers four levels of care determined by an individual’s medical acuity. Resident rates are determined based on the level of care required. Our Administrator and/or RN will perform a no-cost assessment to determine the level of care required and provide a monthly cost estimate.
